A house by the sea, kept simple on purpose.
Vila Mirante is a two-bedroom apartment a few steps above the sand in Praia da Rocha, Portimão. The modernist house dates from the 1940s and was fully renovated, keeping its quiet character while opening every room to the Atlantic light.
Sea-facing living rooms, two large balconies with loungers and beach chairs, and long evenings watching the cliffs turn gold. The beach, the marina and the boardwalk are all within a short walk.

What began as a family summer house in a 1940s modernist villa is now a small, privately run beach apartment. Every renovation kept the same idea: few rooms, generous light, and the sea always in view.
