The Vila
A beach house on the first line of Praia da Rocha.
Vila Mirante is a two-bedroom apartment inside a modernist house built in the 1940s, a few steps above the sand in Praia da Rocha, Portimão. The house was fully renovated, keeping its original character while opening every room to the Atlantic light.
It began as a family summer house and is still privately run today. Nothing about it is oversized: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two large balconies and full sea views for up to five guests, including children.
The location does the rest. The beach is right below, and the boardwalk, the marina, the cliffs and the restaurants of Portimão are all within a short walk. Faro airport is a 65 km drive away.
More than an apartment, we want Vila Mirante to be the place you come back to, the same balcony, the same shoreline, a different summer.
